This privacy policy informs you in accordance with Art. 13 GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) about the processing of personal data when you visit our website.

Categories of data processed

Contact data: first and last name, e-mail, phone, company name (when submitting forms).
Usage data: page views, clicks, time on page, device information (with analytics consent).
Marketing data: UTM parameters, referrer, pseudonymised client ID (with marketing consent).

Purposes and legal bases

Contract preparation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): processing of demo and pricing requests.
Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): analytics, marketing tracking and retargeting. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): IT security and technically necessary logs.

Recipients and processors

The following providers process data on our behalf or as independent controllers:

Calendly (Calendly Inc., USA) – appointment scheduling.
Stape / sGTM (Stape Inc., USA) – server-side tag management, hosted at dpx.avendo.ch.
Google Analytics 4 / Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd., Ireland) – usage analytics and conversion measurement.
Meta CAPI (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Ireland) – conversion tracking for Facebook and Instagram.
LinkedIn CAPI (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited, Ireland) – conversion tracking.
Slack / Zapier – internal notifications of new inquiries.
AWS (Amazon Web Services EMEA, Luxembourg) – hosting.

Transfers to third countries

Some services transfer data to the United States. Transfers are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) and/or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

Retention periods

Contact data from inquiries: up to 24 months after last contact.
Analytics data: up to 14 months (GA4 default).
Consent record: 12 months, then re-requested.
